Referral Commissions

Commissions are paid out monthly through Stripe Connect. Every referral is tracked end-to-end. We never hide where the lead came from.

1% of factor advance
Per funded invoice for first 90 days. Paid monthly. Caps at $50K per carrier.
ELD & Telematics
$25 per device
Recurring monthly while subscription is active. Boosted rates for multi-truck deals.
Fuel cards
$0.005/gal
Recurring on every gallon purchased. Paid quarterly. Top earner category.
Drug & alcohol
$50 per enrollment
One-time at consortium signup. Plus 10% of first year of testing fees.
Legal & DOT defense
10% of first matter
Of fees billed for first matter only. Subsequent retainers not commissionable.
Accounting / Permits / CDL
15% of first invoice
Capped at $500. Most permit and training providers fall into this bucket.
All commissions disclosed to the carrier at point of referral. No hidden fees. No spammy upsells.
A note on insurance referrals
Insurance is regulated at the state level. FleetAxis lists insurance providers as an unpaid directory — we do not collect referral commissions on insurance products. Insurance partners may participate in the directory and benefit from co-marketing, but no monetary referral fee is paid or accepted. This protects everyone: carriers, brokers, and the providers themselves. Other categories (factoring, ELD, fuel, drug consortiums, CDL training, permits, accounting, legal) are not subject to the same restrictions, and standard commissions apply.
